Prenuptial Agreements

It has been said that who you choose to marry is the most important decision you’ll ever make, and this could not be more true.  Prenuptial agreements are not for everyone.  However, for individuals coming into a marriage with significant assets or children from prior relationships, a prenuptial agreement may make sense.

Both parties must make a full and fair financial disclosure of their assets and liabilities, and each party should be represented by separate counsel.  Prenuptial agreements should be negotiated and signed as far in advance of the wedding date as possible.  We do our best to balance the health of your relationship with your future spouse and your desire to protect your assets.
